Kaspar Hartmann joins BVK executive board
Kaspar joins the board together with Patricia Volhard and Holger Zervas, succeeding Peter Pauli, Dr Andreas Rodin and Max W. Römer who are retiring by rotation. As part of the committee, Kaspar will lead the focus group specialized on SMEs in order to significantly strengthen the importance of majority shareholdings in medium-sized companies in the DACH region. Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Venture Capital Magazin, among others, reported on this.
"Elevating the Mittelstand through Technology Enabled Value-Creation”
"Our investment strategy at KKA is based on the strong conviction that medium-sized companies have an important social function in our society. Through technology-driven growth, I want to contribute to the success of German-speaking SMEs - both with my team at KKA and by creating the appropriate framework conditions together with BVK," Kaspar explains.
The German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVK) is the voice and face of the investment industry in Germany. The BVK unites around 300 members, two thirds of which are investment companies that invest in German companies with venture capital, growth financing or as part of buy-outs, including institutional investors.
