Dennis Klein

Investment Professional Principal

Dennis has been involved in company transactions for nearly a decade, guiding investors of all sizes in making well-informed investment decisions. He enjoys discussing business models and markets with managers and company owners just as much as diving deep into the supporting financial data.

Dennis worked as an Investment Banker at GP Bullhound, specializing in transaction advisory for fast-growing technology companies. He began his career in PwC's Financial Due Diligence Team. Dennis holds a Master of Laws in Mergers and Acquisitions from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management. 

In his free time, he enjoys literature, sports (Hamburger SV all the way) and exploring Berlin's dynamic cultural scene. 

 
 
 

Dominic Faber

Founding Partner

Dominic has a passion for people. His purpose at KKA is to leverage KKA’s resources to create a triple positive impact – for investors, for our portfolio stakeholders and for KKA.

For over a decade, Dominic has helped companies and their people to become better or resolve crises. He acted as board member, investor or executive/interim manager. He is also a serial entrepreneur, building successful investment teams. Dominic began his career at Blackstone and McKinsey & Co. and holds three master’s degrees in Economics, Finance and Business and is a CFA Charterholder.

His private passion revolves around his family, seasonal sports and offering tutorials and teach-ins to the team and others.

 
 
 

Fabian Pritzel

Head of Technology-Enabled Value Creation

Fabian is an experienced manager with extensive expertise in digitalization and IT strategies. Before joining KKA Partners, he was responsible for the digitalization of Paracelsus-Kliniken Deutschland as Managing Director. Before that, he supported the Porterhouse Group AG's portfolio companies as an operating partner. He began his career as a consultant with a focus on restructuring and reorganization.

Fabian studied business administration at Goethe University Frankfurt am Main and obtained an MBA at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. In his free time, he is passionate about home automation, innovative technologies and sailing with his family.

 
 
 

Jennifer Susek

Head of Finance

Before joining KKA Partners, Jennifer was Head of Finance at Lunar Ventures, a berlin based DeepTech focused VC fund. Prior to that she managed the finance activities at Elvaston.

She holds a MSc in Finance and Riskmanagement from the University of Applied Sciences Berlin.

 
 
 

Josef Stöger

Investment Professional Associate

Before joining KKA, Josef worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Deutsche Beteiligungs AG. There he focused on transactions in the industrial, IT and software sectors of German medium-sized companies.

Josef holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business with a major in Finance from the Maastricht School of Business and Economics and completed vocational training as a mechanical engineer.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time in nature, playing sports or traveling.

 
 
 

Julian Stender

Investment Professional Principal

Before joining KKA Partners, Julian spent nearly five years at Waterland Private Equity in Hamburg. There, he supported buy-and-build strategies for numerous companies in the Healthcare, Packaging, and Business Services sectors.

Prior to that, he gained valuable experience in management consulting, in building a VC-backed startup in Berlin, and in Private Equity at AUCTUS Capital Partners.

Julian earned his Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, followed by a Master's degree in Business Analytics from ESADE Business School. In his free time, Julian enjoys sports, preferably running or cycling.

 
 
 

Julius Werner

Investment Professional Associate

Before joining KKA, Julius worked as an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays in Frankfurt where he advised international corporations and funds on transactions across the infrastructure, tech, and industrials sectors. Prior to his tenure at Barclays, he gained experience in Private Equity at a single-family office in Zurich. Julius holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Gallen. Outside of work, he is passionate about sports, especially running and skiing, as well as literature.

 
 
 

Kaspar N. Hartmann

Founding Partner

Kaspar is driven to create positive and scalable impact on society through business and by building strong, intrinsically motivated teams and cultures.

Over the past years, Kaspar has successfully initiated and set up an investment firm backed by a leading yet humble global value investor and had the fortune to learn his trade from a set of investors from both the old and new economies. He started his career as M&A Banker at Citigroup in London and New York, gained his MBA in the US, and master degree in Scotland and California.

He sits on the board of the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association, BVK as well as the HBS Alumni Association of Germany and is Trustee of Malvern College. Family and watersports are his joy when not working.

 
 
 

Lea Deseler

Office Management

Before Lea joined the law firm Poellat+, where she worked in the front office, she was employed in the same position at the notary office SammlerUsinger. She began her career with an apprenticeship as a hotel specialist, after which she advanced to the position of manager of a 3-star hotel. Thanks to her diverse experience in the front office and the hotel industry, she brings valuable skills in organization and customer service.

 
 
 

Lukas Klipper

General Counsel

Before joining KKA, Lukas worked as Senior Legal Counsel & Compliance at Germany's first sovereign wealth fund KENFO. He built up the legal department there and was responsible for the legal and tax side of the institutional investor's investments. He started his career at Linklaters, with stations in Berlin and New York City.

He is a fully qualified lawyer and holds a doctorate in law and an LL.M. from the University of Cape Town.

 
 
 

Martina Blom

Investment Professional Principal

Before Martina returned to Berlin to join KKA, she was a VP in Triton‘s investment team in Stockholm. Prior to that, she completed numerous commercial due diligences for Private Equity clients with Bain & Company’s Nordics team, and yet before that she supported multiple large transformations and strategic projects for German as well as international clients with McKinsey & Company in Berlin. Martina has a Master of Science in mechanical engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg, Sweden.

 
 
 

Maximilian Weber

Principal Value Creation

Maximilian is a strong believer in KKA’s values and wants to create a sustainable and long lasting impact for all stakeholders in KKA’s portfolio firms. With his experience as an operational investor during his time at a Munich family office, Maximilian actively supported a KKA portfolio company before joining KKA. Maximilian started his career with Siemens Venture Capital, holds a MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and undergraduate degree from Berlin School of Economics
and Law.

Outside of work, Maximilian is passionate about nature, conservation and sports.

 
 
 

Narmatha Engels-Ravinthiran

Head of People

Narmatha is a business psychologist who firmly believes that strategic and sustainable people development is crucial to a company's success. With 10 years of experience in HR, extensive expertise in the scale-up sector, and an academic background in business administration and work & organizational psychology, she provides valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities of growing companies. 

Most recently, Narmatha worked at i2x, where she independently built and successfully led the HR department. Prior to that, she worked at Finleap, supporting various FinTech companies in all HR-related matters. 

In her free time, Narmatha is passionate about literature and strength training. 

 
 
 

Nina Fuchs

Executive Assistant

Nina Fuchs has been working as Kaspar Hartmann's assistant at KKA since April 2024. Prior to this role, she worked at 468 Capital, where she served as an assistant to three General Partners. With a degree in Social Pedagogy and Management, she brings both solid academic knowledge and diverse practical experience to the table. Before transitioning to the private sector, she managed a daycare center and contributed to a project for the Berlin Senate. In her free time, she enjoys strength training and pilates and reading books on personality psychology & mindset.

 
 
 

Patrick Feller

Founding Partner

Patrick has been active as an entrepreneurial investor in German-speaking SMEs for over 20 years. In the past, Patrick has also taken on operational roles in several portfolio companies. He places great value on employees, teamwork and corporate culture. Patrick was managing partner at Deutsche Industrie-Holding, an investment holding company with a focus on German SMEs, and was CEO of SinnLeffers, among others. He began his career at McKinsey & Co., Zurich and Goldman Sachs International, London. Patrick holds a degree in electrical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Outside of work, Patrick plays golf and tennis. In winter, he enjoys skiing.

 
 
 

Joscha Radeck

Before joining KKA, Joscha was a Private Equity Analyst at LS Power in New York, focusing on M&A transactions in the broader energy and infrastructure space.

He holds an MBA from University of the Cumberlands and a bachelor degree in International Business Administration from SRH Berlin.
