We wish to leave positive legacy for our investors, entrepreneurial partners, companies, and society at large. We believe capital, both human and financial, can amplify and improve our own effort and results. We set out to work tirelessly with management teams to identify and realise the hidden potential of their information and technology assets. We are building a new model investment firm – purposeful and intrinsically motivated.

We approach each investment related decision with intellectual honesty, ensuring our entrusted capital and ensuring our uncapped upside. Ultimately, we invest in people, so being right does not always lead to the best outcome. Before we can focus on the best outcome, we try to find the right answer.
Investment philosophy:
“Never lose your 1x, always protect your invested capital” – despite the gross simplification, this mantra resonates around our tables. We follow and learn from past and present value investors, adding our own secret ingredients around Technology Enabled Value-Creation to create what we believe is the better if not outstanding risk – return profiles in each investment decision.
Many other investors focus on the protection of capital, too. But at KKA, we identify value also in under-valued or under-utilised assets. Often in the realm of hard and soft assets like unmet technologization potential and data driven business development. We believe that these assets not only add to our margin of safety, but they also drive part of our value creation.
In short, we strive to grow and improve our partnership companies to generate outsized returns. We do this with a focus on adding value through Technology Enabled Value-Creation while always protecting our capital.
